Blue Bird Hideaway is nestled on the Indian Point peninsula of Branson, an especially popular location for its many marinas, campgrounds, bars, restaurants, and proximity to Table Rock Lake and Downtown Branson. Another of Branson’s top attractions, the 61-acre amusement park Silver Dollar City, is so close you’ll have views of its tallest rides from this property. Inside Blue Bird Hideaway, you’ll be immediately welcomed by a neutral-toned design and open concept layout filled with natural light. Relax and unwind in the living room with seating arranged around an electric fireplace and smart tv. Seamless indoor to outdoor living will be a theme of your trip, both as you explore and as you hang at home, with additional lounging space just off the living room on an outdoor, covered patio.



Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, coffee machine, and blender for you to prepare anything from quick meals on the go, to inspired meals at home. A breakfast bar with barstools is ideal for morning coffee and quick eats, with a more formal dining space located just beyond the kitchen.



This home sleeps 6 guests between two private bedrooms and the queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, direct access to the outdoor patio, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and smart TV.

- This is a walk down unit without an elevator.

- 2 parking spots are included.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- A sofa sleeper for 2 is provided in the living area.

- The unit has a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

- There is a washer and dryer available in unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
