«The environment was serene. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has arguable the best bathroom shower (no mold, no discolored tiles) I have seen - and I do stay in five-star resorts/hotels all the time. They have the most polite staff. The classical music played overhead at the lobby is very soothing.»

Would definitely stay here again!»

«The management demonstrates how incompetent and unprofessional are. There is no supervision. They mishandled our belongings and could not find it. They brought to me the belongings of other guests and I returnee that to them. Finally, after too much time and effort wasted, they found out belongings. This is the worst W Hotel I have stayed. Also this Hotel seems to be abandoned. Not even the system was working so I the checkout process could not be made when I left the hotel. Total chaos, but ...
