The room was nice. Beautiful view but it wasn’t the room I booked and paid for.
It seemed that because I booked it here on Expedia they just downgraded my room. I would have been given the difference in price had I booked it through Bonvoy their app.
They said they’d talk to the manager and get back to me. I finally went down to ask and they had put a $100. Room service comp on my room but didn’t tell me.
I paid for a tower two queen suite. I was given a two queen room on the 18th floor. The price is more than $100.
Everything else was great. The little store has a variety of things and they’re very nice.
The housekeeping was also very sweet. I was so thankful to see my room nice after a long day.
The location is so perfect. Right in downtown across from the Marketplace that has amazing foods of all kinds.
Then love park is on the other side of the block.
My very favorite is Maggiano’s Little Italy, is also across the street. We always go there at least once if not more.
So this is a great spot but you’ll be treated better and get what you pay for if you book through them.
They don’t really honor the bookings made on other websites.
