Bowl Xtreme

Hyggelig personale. Helt ok rom, rent og greit. God verdi for pengene. Men, dårlige senger og skuffende frokost.

Paid full price for a different room. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. When we complained, a staff member named Fahim was incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-apologetic. He refused to help, claimed they just have "different suites," and aggressively told us to take it up with Expedia. Shocking customer service. Avoid. Moreover it impacted my children's travel plan as they choose the suite and found it to be only a room.l, which they call suite.
