## THE APARTMENT

Beautiful fully renovated apartment nestled along the eastern bank of the Garonne River near the well-know Place Stalingrad.

Come and make yourself at home in this cosy and welcoming apartment, nicely decorated and incorporating a gorgeous exposed stone wall.
In an urban and friendly atmosphere, the apartment is organized around a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and upholstered armchair.
2 comfortable bedrooms with a 140 cm double bed and two single beds and storage space.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, and a separate WC. Warm, coordinated furnishings.
Located on the 1rst floor, without elevator, enter the living room through 3 small steps and enjoy a breathtaking view of Bordeaux's rooftops.
Enjoy year-round comfort with reversible air-conditioning. For families, a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request, at a cost of €10 per night and capped at €30 for each.


## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.


## THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Offering a view of the majestic neoclassical buildings across the river, La Bastide is a district located on the right bank of the Garonne.
The Quai des Queyries hosts lively bars, the botanical garden, and the Darwin space, a trendy cultural complex set in renovated warehouses that draws crowds with its film festivals, pop-up bars, restaurants, and concert halls.


## ACCESS

From the Mérignac airport
Take the tram A at the Mérignac Airport station, direction "Floirac Dravemont" to Stalingrad station for about 50 mins.

From Saint Jean train station
Take the tram C or D from Saint Jean train station to Porte de Bourgogne station then either cross the bridge on foot (12 mins) or take the tram A to Stalingrad station.

To park your car, street parking is free only between 7 pm and 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the nearest public car park "Parking Indigo Bordeaux Bastide".
