Very impressive

What a great place to stay! Luxury vibe at an affordable price. The room was clean, stylish, comfortable, quiet, and had everything necessary for an extended stay- full kitchen, table and chairs, quality bedding and towels. The location was perfect for our needs and we felt comfortable walking back after dark in the neighborhood.

The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning. There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature. As someone from Thailand, I’m not used to dealing with a giant boiler connected to the radiator, so it would have been really helpful to have some clear instructions from the beginning. The cabinet under the TV also looks like it’s about to fall off the wall. They really wanted to fix that, but honestly, I would have preferred them to fix the radiator first. One night, the fire alarm went off, and on another night, I think it was a door alarm that kept going off for about five minutes. What made everything more frustrating was that all communication had to be done by email. It took a lot of back and forth just to sort out relatively simple issues. Overall, the room and location are nice, but the maintenance and communication could definitely be improved.
