«For a relatively new hotel, the equipment (elevator out of service), the ice machine was out of service on our floor and other floors I checked, the room sleeps 4, but only coffee and tea for two people for 2 days, we got no basic room service for the time we stayed there, and we could not get clean towels. These are basic expected things. The overall experience was not bad as the room was comfortable and the AC had low noise, and breakfast was satisfactory for on the go.»

«Older property but kept up well. Needs some deep cleaning: curtains, carpet, walls. Huge space, well stocked. Other amenities nice as well. The staff was great. Great bang for your buck.»

«I liked the staff because they was very helpful. I did not like the washroom , it was dirty and the washer was dirty , the breakfast area is very small, not much good options for breakfast, the elevator was not working the 3 days I stayed there, there were roaches in the room( 2 baby roach and 1 big roach).place Nass to clean and renovate.»

«Hotellet ligger fint til i et stille og luksuriøst strøk like utenfor Miami. Passer perfekt om du ønsker å besøke byen eller har lyst til en Everglades alligator-tur, men liker å ha det litt rolig rundt deg ellers. Bassengområdet så helt topp ut, men vi hadde dessverre ikke tid til å bruke det. Dyr frokost om du ikke har det inkludert i prisen!»

«Great hotel in a great location. Close to transport networks and plenty of local amenities within a few minutes. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was comfortable and spacious, everything in the room worked as it should and housekeeping was available every day. The pool area was nice and was well kept and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting the area and the only thing negative I can say is that the breakfast is of a poor standard compared to what is ...
