«Very clean close to every and anything local food was amazing and host had a book that showed a lot about the area which came in handy and grounds was so nice games was fun and pit was amazing bed was so comfortable shower pressure was great water was nice an hot too will come back »

«Property is pretty new. Nice size fridge and full stove/oven. Our unit did not have a dishwasher, but it was just an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, but comforter was very heavy. More like a January comforter than May. Also, IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY, make sure you ask for a room with accommodations. The tub is raised and was difficult for me to enter. Also, tub bottom is not a safety flooring and no grab handles. There is a bath mat. Only suggestion I have is a couple more towels in ...

«I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!»
