Everyone was kind and helpful and staff cleans rooms EVERYDAY so you can assure you will have a clean stay while most hotels do not clean everyday throughout your stay unless requested. Could not give their staff enough kudos. Only opportunity for improvement is not allowing guest to save a beach chair by the pool all day for multiple days at a time. «Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier.
