«Staff was great. Damien was so helpful at the reception for recommending places to eat which were very close for breakfast lunch and dinner»

«Very good»

«This place rocks, simply put! Highly recommend staying here!»

«Charming hotel in great location.»

«Lobby coffee would be really great. The Powder creamer in the room is just gross. So if nothing else, use liquid creamer in the room if lobby coffee isn’t an option. Otherwise we always enjoy our stay! Staff is top notch!»

«I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel's central location made it easy to access great restaurants and nearby attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The evening bartenders were warm, attentive, and consistently provided outstanding hospitality, making every visit to the bar enjoyable. The front desk team was equally impressive, always friendly, helpful, and eager to ensure I had everything I ...

«This was a decent pet friendly stay. It was in a great location. The pet amenities were really great, but the closest place to pee was so far away (the waterfront) though. They should have a patch in the garage for late night wees. Breakfast looked good but we didn’t want to pay extra for it. I loved the lobby and the style of the hotel and the beds were so comfy.»

«Unfortunately, a little noisy - you could literally hear other bathroom's water running. Hotel provided ear plugs, which was appreciated but still you could hear doors in the hallway closing. Overall cleanliness, it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been - as there was still a plastic straw in the trash can and a strand of hair in the middle of the shower. But overall, conveniently situated in the Pearl District with walking distance to many things.»
