This beautiful apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures, and fittings.

The open plan living area comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the essential cooking amenities, including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In addition, it comes with a fridge-freezer, microwave, hob cooker, oven, integrated dishwasher and a washer-dryer machine.

The bedroom features storage space and a comfy bed of Cotton white linen.

The modern bathroom features towels, shaving sockets and complimentary toiletries.

The lounge and master bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs supporting all your favourite streaming services and our high-speed WIFI to keep you.

The Jewellery Quarter is an industry hub, home to more than 100 retailers, diamond dealers, and workshops, as well as the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, with a preserved 1980s workshop. The area is vibrant and has many Restaurants, Coffee shops, Pubs and Bars for you to enjoy.

You are within walking distance of Birmingham City Centre. A six-minute walk to the train station, car park, local amenities, Tesco Express convenience store, ATM and Pharmacy.

Street parking on Sunday and after 6 pm until 8 am Mon-Sat.

A security deposit of £500 is required.

Before arrival, all guests must provide a photo ID (e.g., driving license or passport).

If you don`t provide identification, the booking will be cancelled. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding identification and accessing the property.

Your comfort, health and safety are our top concerns. Therefore, this property has Security cameras on entrances and walkways. Plus, we are working with our cleaners to implement COVID-19 infection prevention and sanitation measures.

• Any damage to the apartment or items within the apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. Likewise, any missing items from the apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. The lead guest will be held liable for any additional costs if the damage caused or missing items exceeds the security deposit value.

• Smoking inside the building will result in all guests` eviction and no refund for the day or security deposit.

• Exceeding the specified number of guests per apartment is not allowed and will result in all guests` eviction and no refund for the day or security deposit.

• Violation of party`s rule or disturbing other guests will result in all guest`s eviction and no refund for the day or security deposit

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PROPERTY IS MONITORED 24 HOURS BY SECURITY CAMERAS IN ALL ACCESS AND COMMUNAL AREAS.

Lead guest minimum age 21.

The Lead Booker must accompany all guests under 21 during their stay at the Apartment.

Mandatory: All overnight guests must provide ID to the Guest Portal and present it at Check-in.

A Mandatory Damage Deposit of £200 per Apartment is required.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM (please confirm arrival time)

Only guests who have provided ID in the Guest Portal are permitted to stay overnight.

Exceeding the specified number of guests per Apartment is not allowed and will result in the eviction of all guests. No refund for the reservation or security deposit.

Check-in: 15:00 - Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and Late checkout requests: fee of £30, subject to availability.

No Smoking or vaping, using Laughing Gas or balloons in the apartments, out of windows, or in the courtyard, and using candles are not allowed. This will result in the eviction of all guests, no refund, and loss of the security deposit.

Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00 inside your Apartments, inside the Courtyard, and outside the Property. Please respect the neighbouring properties.

No dirty shoes on carpets or rugs. Damage or soiled linen or rugs will be charged accordingly.

If the Apartment is left excessively dirty or requires more than a standard cleaning, an additional £80 will be charged.

PLEASE BE AWARE: FAKE TAN AND HEAVY MAKEUP DAMAGE THE LINENS AND TOWELS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

Any damage to the Apartment or its contents will be deducted from the security deposit. Any items missing from the Apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. The lead guest will be liable for additional costs if the damage caused or missing items exceed the security deposit value.

Please note that Apartments decorated by guests (including the use of any confetti) will carry a professional cleaning services charge of £250.00 per Apartment per stay. Confetti of all kinds are not permitted throughout the Aparthotel.

Violating house rules, disturbing other guests, or being abusive to our Team will result in the eviction of all guests and no refund for the reservation or security deposit. The lead guest is liable for any guests or persons on or in the property!


POLICY

Our Serviced Apartments Complex requires guests to provide identification (IDs) and Damage Security Deposits for bookings.

1. Identification (Photo IDs):

Asking guests to provide identification helps us verify their identity and age. By confirming the identity of our guests, we can ensure that the person making the booking is authorised to do so, preventing potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additionally, age restrictions may be in place due to legal requirements or specific policies related to the property. We have a responsibility to know who the 50 guests staying at our complex are. We clearly state on each platform, for guests to review before making a reservation, that we require all guests` Photo IDs.

By implementing these measures, we aim to maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests and hardworking staff while safeguarding our property from potential damage. It also ensures that guests adhere to our house rules, contributing to a positive experience for everyone and preserving the quality of our accommodations.

2. Damage Security Deposits:

Requiring a Damage Security Deposit helps protect our property and covers any potential damages caused by guests during their stay. This deposit acts as a form of insurance and a deterrent, ensuring that we have the necessary funds to repair or replace any items that may be damaged. In addition, it encourages guests to treat the Apartment respectfully and discourages reckless behaviour.

By implementing these measures, we aim to maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests while safeguarding our property from potential damage. We understand that these requirements may inconvenience some guests, but they are essential to ensure a positive experience for everyone and maintain the quality of our accommodations.
