Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire studio apartment. Access to the building is automated and convenient via a front entry keypad. Your apartment key will be available in a secure lockbox. Please note, the apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via stairs only, as there is no lift available in the building.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, the apartment places you in one of the city’s most distinctive neighbourhoods. Known for its industrial heritage, the area combines beautifully preserved Victorian architecture with independent cafés, lively bars, creative spaces, and acclaimed local restaurants.



Just moments away is Saint Paul’s Market on Mary Ann Street, a newly opened food hall featuring seven independent kitchens, two bars, and a wide selection of local food and drink favourites. From bao buns and Thai barbecue to Persian grills, cocktails, and locally brewed beers, the area has become one of Birmingham’s top destinations for dining and nightlife.



For essentials, Tesco Express on Frederick Street is within easy walking distance and open late daily. The nearby St Paul’s Square, one of Birmingham’s most picturesque Georgian squares, offers a peaceful setting for morning coffee or an evening stroll.



The Jewellery Quarter is also home to several museums celebrating Birmingham’s craft and manufacturing history. Birmingham city centre can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot or one stop on the Metro, giving easy access to shopping, canalside bars, museums, and the city’s wider attractions.



Getting Around:

Jewellery Quarter Metro station is just a 3 minute walk from the property. The Metro runs frequently and Birmingham city centre is one stop away, around 8 minutes, dropping you right by Birmingham New Street. If you prefer to walk, the city centre is about 15 minutes on foot.



If you're arriving by train into New Street, the Metro departs from just outside the station (signposted Grand Central) and you'll be at the property in one stop. If you're travelling on a Chiltern Railways service from London Marylebone, you can also arrive directly into Birmingham Moor Street, which has regular trains to Jewellery Quarter station.



If you're driving, there is paid on-street parking directly outside the property, and a short walk around the corner you'll find a paid car park next to Jewellery Quarter train station. The on street parking is free from 6pm to 8am Monday to Saturday and free all day on Sunday and Bank holidays, chargeable out of these hours. Note that Birmingham operates a Clean Air Zone, so it's worth checking whether your vehicle is affected before your visit.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs; there is no lift in the building.

Parking options include street pay and display directly outside the building or a nearby car park next to Jewellery Quarter station.
