"Property was clean and rooms were fine. Staff on the other hand were not helpful. Ice machine was broken on our floor, key cards had to be reprogrammed every time we left(other having same issue) and to make matters worse, they checked us out of our room because house keeping saw us carry our bags ..."

Serenity Stay
"My husband and I enjoyed our stay of 5 days. The place was clean and the staff was really nice... All except the maintenance guy. He has a really bad attitude and was arguing not only with us, but also his supervisors. When we was told to apologize, he refused. I still give the establishment 5 stars ..."

"Check in was a breeze. The young man that checked me in was very polite and even offered to help carry our luggage to the room as my husband has back and spine issues and we were on the second floor. Good customer service goes a long way in my book. I will book with ApT again."
