«We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Kleiner, wenig besuchter Strand mit direkter Parkmöglichkeit in Eze.»

«We had a terrific holiday even closer to Nice than expected. Within 15 minutes in the city center by car. Cannes and Monaco within half an hour. The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!»

«Wir haben en Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und klimatisiert. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gibt es nach einer Woche frische Handtücher. Großartig war der Poolbereich, den man immer für sich alleine hatte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und immer für einen Tipp offen.»

«For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement ...

«Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Bella. Valerie ist eine fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Auch der Vater von Valerie kam zwischendurch mal vorbei, um zu sehen ob mit dem Pool und dem Haus alles in Ordnung ist. Er hatte sogar frische Baguettes und Croissants für uns bei, Danke noch mal dafür. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. «This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.»

«Un séjour très agréable dans une maison de caractere très bien équipée, à la décoration soignée et raffinée. Les espaces extérieurs sont très appréciables et la piscine un vrai atout qui contribue au plaisir du séjour. Une fois les parking repérés en haut du village, les commerces principaux sont accessibles à pied. Les propriétaires sont de plus très accueillants et réactifs par messages et de bons conseils.»

«Suite Nice var helt rå. Stor og fin balkong. 3 store soverom. 2 bad og 2 separate toalett. Fin stue og kjøkken. Bassenget på taket var herlig. Renhold på forespørsel (koster ekstra)… får nye håndklær hver 7.dag, ellers må man betale…. Personalet noe sur, og snakket lite engelsk, så litt kommunikasjonsvansker. De kunne med fordel vært mer serviceinnstilt. »
