Overrated
Grand Hyatt is known for its attentiveness and that little extra. This one disappointed. We stayed 5 nights. Breakfast: you were seated and they come to take your order of egges, pancakes, coffee etc. Sounds very nice, however when it took 10 min of waiting for being attended to and the coffee is made out of pressing a button on a coffee machine I would have preferred to press it myself to get a coffee within a minute. The eggs Benedict are badly made, it was a hardboiled egg and the sauce were way too sour. Two mornings in a row my scrambled egg and pancake order was forgotten about when the same could have been picked up from the station immediately. I did not need "freshly made for you" when I had to wait 20min for it. Room was clean, but dirty beer glass ordered from night before was never collected. Maybe they thought we wanted to use it again. Handtowels were forgotten. Maybe I am spoilt having only stayed at Grand Hyatt South East Asia where standards towards catering are immensely high and not so much in Europe. #notmygrandhyatt

Anbefaler gjerne dette hotellet.
Super beliggenhet, nær Tiergarten og kollektivtransport, store rom med deilig bad, bra treningsfasiliteter og svømmebasseng. Eneste minus var utvalg av TV kanaler, som i all hovedsak var arabiske kanaler.

Excellent hotel in quiet area, 15 m pool
Stayed a weekend with friends. The hotel is in a rather quiet corner not far from Potsdamer Platz. A medium sized mall is just across the street, but otherwise not much of interest in the immediate neighborhood. Both S and U bahn are available at Potsdamer Platz so getting around is not a problem. Decent size room, nice beds. The spa area is excellent, with both a good size pool (ca 15 m), hot-tub, sauna, steam room, cold pool and more. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff and hotel! The bed was a little on the hard side and the room didn’t smell so fresh. My partner celebrated her 40th birthday whilst at the hotel and we arrived at the room to a bottle of bubbly. Now that’s what I call service, thanks Mandy! Plus we were given a room with a view as an extra birthday treat. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Nice hotel with good location.
Stayed for 4 nights. Nice size of the standard room. Comfortable bed and swift response on pillow-menu. Cleanliness could have been better - dusty several places in the room. Tasty breakfast, but they could have had some more variety. Standard wifi is ok and stabile. Forthcoming and nice employees in restaurants and reception. Good location close to U-bahn station Potsdamer Platz, with good east/west-connection. Walking distance to Brandenburger Tor and Mall of Berlin. 4 star hotel.

Great hotel
Very nice hotel situated in central Berlin. Clean and good looking rooms and perfect service. Take a good drink at one of the bars. The roof top is reserved for guests and has an indoor pool and bubble bath with a splendid view. Sunbeads and posibility to order refreshments outside, on the roof top.

Flott hotell, sentralt og bra i byen
Meget hyggelig sentralt i Berlin. Det er en god lukt i hotellet, og de er meget høflige endog er prisene av en svært stiv karakter, for Berlin. Å få betjening ved bordene i hotellrestauranten er også svært tidkrevende, men når de kom var de både serviceminded, og flinke. Rommet var flott, med et utrolig fint bad, gode senger og fint klimaanlegg. Mulighet til å både bade og dusje var behagelig. Fint klesskap og strykebrett og strykejern på rommet, samt selvsagt vask/rens service. Lite å utsette, mest å være fornøyd. Ikke aftensstell på rommet, og ikke doorman som tar koffert etc, men det kan hende det skyldtes at taxien stoppet foran sideinngangen, så vi får anta at det er det som er årsaken.

Good clean hotel in great location with a very comfortable bed. Only downside was the quite relaxing spa was always really busy and full of children so hardly relaxing and sometimes impossible to use.
