This place lies in the heart of Berlin, Mitte, where the Brandenburger Tor is only a 15 min bike ride away. The house is located very central with the main station 20min (public transportation) away and multiple transport options in walkable distance. This is a wonderful original old Berlin apartment from the 1920s with 4m high ceilings with stucco, an antique piano, antique furniture and original British couch. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated 4 years ago. Especially the authentic wooden Berlin floor with 4-m high ceilings give the apartment a certain flair as well as the fine selected antique piano and furniture.
The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms with each a French double bed (140x200 cm), shelves and boards with lots of room for storage. In the first bedroom, you'll find also an antique mirror, a nightdesk and a chandelier. In total, the apartment offers room for 4 people. However, in the living room there is an additional couch for one person, sitting areas and more antique furniture.

The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes and everything what you'll need to prepare food as well as a top-modern fridge by the boutique company SMEG with ice compartment, an antique stove originally from the 1950s, a hand mixer, a kettle and a washing machine.

Even though the bathroom is small, it has a shower, toilet and basin.

Overall, this is a wonderful original Berliner Altbau apartment in Mitte Berlin, Wedding, with lots of walkable transport and shopping possibilities.
The neighborhood is very quiet. Opposite the house is green space with its Southern direction. In the neighborhood are traditional Berlin bars, late night shops and all the supermarkets, drug stores, eating places, clothing stores can be found on Seestraße, which is an 8 min walk away. In general, the neighborhood is very authentic traditional Berlin.

Parking is easy around the apartment as there are lots of parking sites. Within 5-8 min walk you can reach the M13 stop, the U6 and the U9 stop on public transport. All in all, the apartment is very well connected.

By bike it takes you 15 min to the Brandenburger Tor, to the beach at Plötzensee it takes you 10 min walking as well as to the nightlife on Sprengelkiez.
