«The property is fun. So much character and David the host is the absolute best!»

«Lovely, clean and spacious home with excellent access to Berkeley coffee shops and restaurants. Comfortable and relaxing space. Perfect for our stay!»

«Couldn't have asked for more lovely place to stay, or a smoother process. No notes. Would stay again.»

«Thank you for a great stay this weekend! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. We really appreciated the hospitality, clear communication, and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Thanks again for hosting us!»

«Dustin does a great job hosting guests with his wonderful Berkeley hills house. We really enjoyed the views, privacy & slept well. He has a lot of coffee making alternatives also!»

We were able to take advantage of the hot tub in the backyard as well ...
