«We enjoyed our stay for an extended weekend with our pups. Located in a nice cozy community and conveniently only 20-25 mins from San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf. The back house was very nice, clean and refreshing with pretty much all the amenities you can need. When we called the host to discuss or check-in issues, we were told we could vacate the property or remain and receive a 50% discount. We opted to leave but the host still refused to refund the 250 cleaning fee even though we left within 15 mins upon arrival. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Find somewhere else to stay.»
