«Pleasant host, nice dog. Room has everything you need for a stop over on the way to tourist destinations in Belize. Guid books were a nice touch. Walkable to restaurants, longer walk to CBD. Construction is an issue but didn't bother us.»

«The location was good, the room was clean and modern, the bathroom was excellent and, because we chose an ocean view room we had wonderful breezes. My only complaint was that the sheets and bedspread were polyester. Which means, even though the room was cool, we were still bathed with sweat. On our second night we requested a cotton blanket instead of the polyester bedspread and we slept very well.»

But if you're looking for a clean, courteous, and sometimes quirky little place at a good price, the Hotel Martin should suit you fine. Rooms are modest, but comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the patio is a great place to spend an afternoon overlooking Corozal Bay. It's an easy walk to shops and restaurants, at the town is very friendly. «Dominic is a wonderful, friendly host. Nabitunich a great rate for a tranquil place to stay. We were upgraded to a nicer, bigger room since there was a cancellation, so we truly appreciate that! Being able to eat dinner on site and the home cooked breakfasts are plus as well.»

«We had an amazing experience staying here. It was close to the shuttle bus, market, restaurants. Having a kitchen made it easier to pack food for next day. Our host was very very helpful! She suggested local restaurant to try and helped us to find a last minute replacement tour early morning as our got cancelled late at night! We were able to leave our luggages there while we went to a half day tour, even after check out time. I highly recommend staying here! »
