«This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. »

«Un-Belizable! We had a great stay for 5 nights! As we traveled out, my son's flight was delayed and as soon as I advised Jason, he sprang into action and worked his magic. He coordinated with Emilio at the Belize airport to adjust our short flight from Belize to Dangriga as needed. Emilio rushed us through as soon as my son's flight arrived and we somehow made the original flight!
