«This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!»

«House had lots of space and was clean. Two of the kitchen cabinets were broken and the frying pans were dirty but the kitchen had decent amount of spices and cooking utensils. The steps to the upper and lower levels are very steep and slippery (tough for the dog!) and would recommend putting a carpet runner or pads (the railing going downstairs was coming off the wall at the top). «The property was well suited to the five of us. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Parking two cars in the garage was a bit tight. The room with the king bed is up two flights of stairs (plus the flight from the entrance to the main floor). It was a nice surprise to see a piano in the living room. «We had the most wonderful time staying here. Most of the stay, we sat in the yard starting at the beautiful lake and greenery. The place is clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare homemade meals. We ran out of time and didn’t have a chance to enjoy the kayaks, but I’m sure we’ll be back again soon. Thank you for the most restful stay. It was just what we needed for a break from the city.»
