Our home is a multi-level townhouse with several flights of stairs. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns or prefer a stair-free space.

CITY NOISE

Our home is conveniently located near Downtown Stamford. As with most urban neighborhoods, some everyday city noise is to be expected. While the area is not excessively noisy, it may not be the best fit for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise or seeking complete silence.

SHARED TRASH BINS

All trash bins located along the driveway are shared within the community and available for guest use.

EVENTS and COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Events and commercial photography or videography are not permitted without prior approval. Additional fees and applicable permits may be required.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:
1. No parties or events.
2. No firearms or weapons on the property.
3. No smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana.
4. No glitter, confetti, or similar decorative materials.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval.
6. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during these hours.
7. All pets must be included in the reservation.
8. No commercial photography or videography without prior written consent.
9. Outdoor security cameras are installed on the property for safety and security and to help ensure compliance with house rules.

We welcome pets! Please make sure to include all pets in your reservation.

- The pet fee for the first pet is automatically included when you add a pet to your reservation.
- Each additional pet incurs a $50 fee per stay.
- We typically accommodate up to 2 pets.
- Traveling with more than 2 pets? Please contact us before booking to request approval.
