«While traveling, the host called us to inform us of flooding in the house due to the neighbors unit, we were devastated, but within an hour, she got us relocated to another house that was fabulous. She made sure we made it there and had great instructions and that we were happy with the property when we arrived. "The room was ok, but is more of a three star hotel than four. Small pool on the rooftop, but with a lovely view over the harbor. We were four people and booked a room with one kingsize and a sofabed. The sofabed was very hard. Almost no matress and just a blanket cover. Not ideal if you want a good night sleep. Ok breakfast, but not the best of options unless you want to add additional cost to your alleready 25USD continental breakfast. The hotel is situated 10 mins walk from the beach, Hermosa. Beautiful area. Good valet parking at the hotel. Friendly staff ☺️"
