«The property was listed with photos of coast cliff, beach dinner, and sunset beach walk! But none of these are part of the ADU! We are booking based on the coast property that can see the ocean or bay but it ends up with a non-refundable booking within the town of a busy street. Traffic noise in night time and early morning. Bed is so soft. For the same price, we were picking between an ocean facing hotel and the “cliff+beach side” ADU. Big mistakes! Host should remove those three unrelated ...

«Stayed in this lovely studio for two nights, while exploring the area.Such a comfortable stay, everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Humboldt.Location was great, easy walking around the town of Arcata and to the Marshes.Having the Co-op nearby was a big bonus. Even though we were there Friday and Saturday the place was wonderfully peaceful.The studio is thoughtfully decorated, and we were glad of the fan during the warm spell. Amy was a wonderful and attentive host.Will definitely be back!»

«Super clean accomaddation. Parking was a bit tricky, but doable. Nicely centralzed location nestled right next to the park. Nice amenities, but a new sofa would be an improvement of the sagging one in use there. Lots of other people nearby, but they were for the most part quiet. A gas fireplace is available for heat, though I needed none while there. Kitchen is well stocked. This place will not disappoint.»

«Location was super convenient. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, the movie theater, and a quick drive to the Redwoods. Downtown Arcata is charming and quirky and this home fits right in. This is a warm, cozy, comfy space. Very clean, with everything we could need on hand. Beds were so warm and comfortable. My husband and I traveled with two of our teens and two of their friends.
