Malthouse Studio-Ideal base-village location near Bath

Tucked away in the charming village of Norton St Philip, The Studio is a stylish yet cosy retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. This open-plan living blends modern touches with a warm, inviting feel, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Whether you’re here to discover the village’s rich history, enjoy the surrounding countryside, the studio is a perfect base.
The Studio is on the grounds of a larger property and shares the same carpark.
The studio has a double bed, hanging rail and under bed drawer, side tables and soft lighting. The lounge has a very comfy sofa, 32 inch smart TV (works off the internet) the kitchen is well stocked for a short weekend or longer stay.
The bathroom is a good size wet room. It has a small window which is slightly agar to let in air. The bifolding doors run the length of the studio and can open up fully, great in the warmer months, you’ll feel like you are outside.
There are two wonderful pubs in the village both walking distance, you do not get any noise from the pubs, a large cricket field Church Mead, dogs enjoy.
There is a village shop and an excellent farm shop with local produce and a cafe.
The Iconic City of Bath is just 20mins by bus.
Use of large garden when the main house is empty normally week days.
Guests in the Malthouse have access past the studio.
The Studio is set in the grounds of the Historic Malthouse. The parking area is shared with the Malthouse.
Malthouse guests have right of way past the studio. When there are guests, which is normally Friday to Sunday.
If you want a base to come back to after a day out, the studio is perfect, if you like more privacy and to be more isolated this may not be for you.
If you loose the house key there will be a charge of £60. It’s a specialist key.
