Newly renovated apartment with private terrace and communal pool, fully equipped and furnished of 80 m2, located in building with elevator and optional parking in the same building (30 / day).

We can accommodate 40 people in 6 different apartments located in this property:

My Space Barcelona offers you a comfortable apartment with private terrace and communal pool, with capacity for up to 6 people in 2 comfortable double bedrooms with 2 single beds and one double, 2 single sofa beds in the living room and 1 full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Near the apartment you will find plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and stores. Gràcia is a very well connected area with metro and bus lines (Joanic, Fontana, Verdaguer). In the neighborhood of Gràcia you will find squares, bars and restaurants full of tradition mixed with the modernism that Barcelona offers. The neighborhood of Gràcia is just a few meters away from the famous and imposing Park Güell, as well as the world famous Sagrada Familia. In this neighborhood you will find the best kept secrets of the city (bars, markets, unique stores, architectural gems and much more). In short, it is the ideal area for you to enjoy the charm of Barcelona.

Great Location, but Disappointing Experience

This property was not as described at all. We booked it because it had a beautiful roof deck and had AC. The roof deck was not as pictured, one of the two chairs was broken, there were many floor tiles that were broken and appeared unsafe. The upstairs AC never worked and we reached out repeatedly to the host and they were slow to reply. we finally called the emergency number after repeated messages and they hung up and sent us a suggestion on how to troubleshoot the AC but never replied to messages after we said this did not work. The apartment is in a great area, but the state of the apartment and the hosts lack of communication were very disappointing.

A rocky start saved only by the location

This apartment was in a nice quiet neighborhood, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It was easy getting around from the nearby metro stop, and in the record-breaking heat the pool provided some much needed relief from the heat. However, communicating with the management company was challenging. the check-in process was complicated as we were traveling with an infant and needed to use the metro to check in and pick up the keys at a location that was far from the address of the actual property. Once we finally arrived at the apartment our keys did not work. Despite reserving a high-chair and crib neither were present. We finally did get a musty smelling, broken crib. With many sharp edges, the apartment was not idea for children. I would not rent from this management company again.

Noisy neighbors, unresponsive and check-in hassle

I don’t recommend this apartment. Imagine hauling all of your luggage and a five year old to their office to pick up keys and then another taxi to the aoartment. That is how the experience started. Note that I would not have booked the apartment at all if that and the 3 percent commission for paying with credit card was disclosed up front. Once we arrive, the roof terrace was a mishmash of broken furniture and faded cushions that we only used for drying laundry - not the pretty terrace depicted. Then to discover they provided one roll of toilet paper and one dish towel for a weeks stay for three people. And then the noise from the downstairs neighbors. If you make it clear no parties and then rent to ten tenty somethings going to a musical festival that used the apartment as their pre-party, you get exactly what we experienced. There were multiple calls made from multiple tenants in the building let alone all the other impacted apartment buildings listening to echoing music in the fish bowl that is the balcony/terrace area of the apartment. We woke to music and voices at 6 am and would be relieved they left for dinner. We felt like hostages to the inconsideration of the other tenants and the lack of action from my space Barcelona. Poorly managed and too expensive for the quality of the stay.
