«Sofa is very dirty. Floors weren't clean. Dishes needed to be re washed because they smelled like mildew. Washing machine smelled odd. Reservation was for 8 people, only 6 towels in property. Mentioned need to extra towels, were told that extra towels would be dropped off, never were. No floor mats in bathrooms. No drying rack in unit to place washed dishes.»

«Very accurate listing description. Clean apartment & excellent communication from host. Parking lot is tight for larger vehicles but still manageable. Location is a great jumping off point for a lot of different places in the area. Loved walking the area and finding different places to eat all the amazing food. Neighbors were super quiet. Only con I can think of is that it's on a main road so you hear cars driving bye all day and night, but if you're from NYC like us, it was hardly noticeable.»

Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not ...
