We solely booked because of its closeness to ABIA which offered a surtos service to the airport. At checkin the attendant said the shuttle was out of service. I asked for a secondary transportation method (Ride Service) and he said I would have to book my own and request management for reimbursement via email. Next morning I booked a ride, sent the receipt to management and a week later I have not received a reply from management on the 3 emails I’ve sent.
I ended up spending more money than I would if I was to book another Hotel even closer to the airport.
Disrespectful to say the least
