First room #101, issued to me had been painted & the minute I opened the door the odor hit me hard. I went to advice Paul at counter & he went to verify how strong the odor was. He said it also hit him before even entering the room #101. He gave me another room upstairs #212. Bathtub had hairs. Breakfast was grab a bag & go. You had to leave a $100 USD deposit. When I was checking out there was a lady who was forgetting to returm my $100 which I had paid cash bcuz if u paid w/ card it would take 3-4 days to be returned. When I first arrived late at night the night before, I walked into the lobby, Paul was on the phone with a woman who her $100 deposit was not returned & Paul kept telling her that he couldn't do anything at that time until next morning when his boss would be there. He told the lady that she could come the next day in the morning to speak to his boss. I don't know if she had paid cash or ccard. I will never stay at another hotel with this name.
