«What a wonderful little community. Stayed there with my girlfriend for a wedding in Morehead city. The owners were there that weekend cleaning up the property, staining the picnic tables, and washing the dock. You can tell that owners really care about taking good care of this place. The room was perfect for our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!»

«Perfect place for a couple's retreat. The outside of the property was in need of TLC and the upstairs isn't being used. It was worrisome at first glance, but don't judge a book by its cover. Once inside, the room was super clean, and everything was in good working order. You could be on the beach in one minute and the gazebo on the walk to the beach was very nice. «I really wanted a relaxing weekend at the beach. It was just me, my son & the pup. We didn’t have any plans other than relax in the beach, eat some good seafood & spend time together. This rental was perfect! It was spotless, well furnished; it even had a hot plate & pots & pans but we didn’t use them. There was a vacuum to pick up the sand that inevitably gets into the room. «The property is an older location, built in 1975, but is well maintained and perfect for a getaway with my son and friend. The pier is not far away and surf fishing is just across the street. This is our second time staying in Bogue Shores. We may go again. The room was newly renovated and and was excellent with no issues.»
