With two MARTA stations just minutes away, getting around Atlanta is convenient and easy, making this location ideal for both visitors and business travelers.

Guests have full access to the entire condo, so the space is completely yours—make yourself at home.

Check-in is simple and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit.

You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for easy access to the condo. Inside, a key fob is provided to allow convenient entry and exit from the building for the duration of your stay.

After a full day exploring nearby attractions or commuting through the city, you return to a quiet high-rise retreat where the sounds of neighbors fade and comfort takes center stage. The condo is set in the historic Peachtree Towers, a building known for its solid insulation and peaceful atmosphere. Renovated in July 2021, the interior feels fresh from floor to ceiling, with updated finishes throughout the living areas, kitchen, and bathroom. The living space is flexible and thoughtfully arranged - equally suited to unwinding after a day out or settling in for focused work time. A sofa bed allows the space to adapt easily for additional guests, while the bedroom offers a comfortable bed with quality bedding for restful nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for real use, whether you are preparing simple breakfasts before heading out or cooking dinner after a day around the city. A dining table provides a dedicated spot to eat, work, or plan the next day’s itinerary. In the cooler months, having everything you need indoors makes it easy to enjoy unhurried mornings and relaxed evenings without needing to venture far.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials, adding to the sense of ease during your stay. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer visits more convenient, and the condo also offers a dedicated workspace and WiFi for business travelers or remote work.

Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.

Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request. z
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. z
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
