I paid $121 to park on the right side of the building for 3 days but on day 2 the parking lot was full, so I went to additional parking in the same lot but the worker said they were 2 different parking lots and I would have to move my care once a spot became available or pay again. «This unit is very close to the large conference hotels; about a 4 minute walk to the Hilton. The building is older and in need of some repairs but the unit itself is in great shape with newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. «This was a great location for wanting to be near the Mercedes Benz stadium and all things downtown. The parking was easy and nice to have since parking can get expensive. My only notes are to mention that the building itself seems as though it’s under renovation so it didn’t look wonderful as we pulled up (large dumpster in the front of the entrance) but the unit itself was exactly as pictured. The condo was within walking distance of many local attractions, affordably priced with on site parking at an additional small daily fee. This penthouse had a beautiful view of Stone mountain to the left and Atlanta to the right and Lenox mall across the street. It was perfect for our get away girls night. «The apartment was nice, modern and had a great view. When we rented it, on the listing it included a sofa couch and clearly stated the space slept 4 people. When we got ready to bed down the first night, we realized there was only enough extra bedding for the twin bed (also listed) and nothing for the couch. When we asked for extra bedding we were told the couch was not supposed to be a sleeping option and that some owners list a king bed as being able to accommodate 3 people?!?! ...

«Perfect place for a short or long stay, very convenient and spacious. Loved the full kitchen and w/d in unit as well as the balcony. Only downside is that if you don't pay for the on site parking there aren't a ton of options but that's true of the area generally. »

«It was a little confusing coming into the front entrance as the valet or front guy was literally yelling and rude even though we had no idea where we were supposed to go or what to do upon arrival. We made it to underground parking with valet and from there up to lobby and checkin was smooth. Room was great, and view was beautiful »
