The space is unique as it is a maisonette and is located near the historical center of Athens, in the Petralona area, in a separate neoclassical building. In the area of Petrolane, there are alleys with Greek taverns, cafes and bars, just a 10-minute walk. It has a central market and tourism. Petralona is located in Athens and historical archaeological destinations are within walking distance. It is also close to the electric station, just a 7 minute walk.

Maisonette with 2 bedrooms in the center of Athens. The maisonette on the first floor has a stylish living room, in which there is a TV with Netflix, air conditioning, a sofa that turns into a bed and also has storage space. The living room has access to the front balcony. On the first floor there is also the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, refrigerator, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker for filter coffee, kettle, and air-fryer. Finally, on the same floor is the large bathroom, which is equipped with towels, a heater, and separate shower area, and has a low ceiling, has a height of (205 cm).
