«My husband and I stayed at the Heritage Inn for one night with our dog as we were in town for work. Overall, we had a great experience until we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours .. First thing to note, when booking on Expedia it does not clearly state this but not all rooms are pet friendly. «We stayed in the Divas room, beautifully decorated and the kitchenette was bonus. The host was kind and friendly. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was that there was not enough shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. Also although the bedroom was clean, there was coffee in the carafe I’m assuming from the previous guests. «The place is right down the street from all the restaurants, bars and shops. No need to drive anywhere when it’s a nice 4 minute walk. We were especially impressed with how well stocked the place is and every little detail was thought of. The cleanliness of the place was top notch and I have to say that the towels were some of the softest I've ever encountered. A pleasant experience that took us by surprise was the local orange cat. «Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. »
