She was very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed.The lodge itself is beautiful and very well equipped. «The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector.»
