«Fikk bytte rom da sengen var veldig liten for to voksne. Ikke noe problem rundt dette, veldig god service fra alle som jobber der.
Litt dårlig renhold enkelte steder. Kjekt med bar og restaurant på hotellet, ok mat.
I likhet med forrige gang vi bodde her, fikk vi ikke informasjon om at det legges på service charge på 15 pound per dag på regningen. Resepsjonen skal informere om dette ved innsjekk, men gjør det ikke. Informasjon er heller ikke på hotels.com ved bestilling.»

«The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great»
