I was a bit concerned about parking when I saw smashes glass from side windows just outside of the parking lot. Nothing happened to us at our stay, and the place looked safe to us. If you plan to go to SF, get yourself a hotel parking and stay safe.

Seascape Ocean Front Villa
Garbage disposal was not working and there was decaying food from garbage disposal all over the sink when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he said he was just there and did not see any issues.
