«We loved everything about our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and the layout of the house made it so that nobody felt crammed. There’s 2 bathrooms (even though the listing says 1!) «Pros, Nice location off main road. Close to beach. Everything you needed for stay. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, water hose at condo to rinse off sand. Etc.Cons, too many stairs especially if you have senior adults and small children. Top level, hard to cool temperature. Very small pool. Overall, a good place to rent, but for our needs, with small children and senior adults, we will need a different place next time we visit Island. »

«Comfortable, clean, well-equipped (except for large pot for low country boil). There were books, toys, beach buggy, etc. The location was excellent with convenient walkways to beach. The pool was immediately next door. Must be able to carry luggage up flight of stairs to condo entrance and then to second floor bedrooms. The VACASA staff was terrific! »

We have stayed in the complex in the past and if there is an overall complex suggestion it is building signage improvement so you can locate your building and your exact rental. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen have recently been renovated and are nice. However, the carpet harbors smells that heavy air fresheners and scented detergents can't mask and the ceramic flooring, while new, was filthy.
