    Welcome to this adorable 3-bedroom home! This home has a full kitchen stocked with essentials for cooking, washer/dryer, large living room TV and a private fully fenced back yard. Centrally located to Kingsbay Naval base, downtown St. Mary's, antique shops, and restaurants. City home of Rock Shrimp Festival, Crooked River State Park, Cumberland Island. 35 minutes to Jekyll Island Beach, 45 to St. Simons Beach and 45 to Fernandina Beach, Fl. 45 minutes to Jacksonville, Fl. airport. Come and relax in this adorable home!

The home is in a great location to get to downtown area with its quaint shops and restaurants. The yard was perfect for or dog.

Vacation stay

The location was ideal for our stay. We found 2 local golf courses that were fun to play and reasonbly priced. Lots of nearby restaurants. Host very responsive to our needs.

Just what we needed! I’m not sure how it sleeps ten, we had 9 with one on the couch and it worked out great for us. We booked last minute and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Excellent stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The host was very helpful each time I called and needed anything. The property was spacious and very clean. I will rent this property again.

This place was perfect for my family. We chose this location because it was pet friendly. It had ample area for them to play outside in the fenced yard. The host, Banks Van Pelt, was extremely helpful from start to finish. Communication was always professional and extremely friendly. St. Marys is my old stomping grounds and where I was raised. To have the opportunity to bring my children and grandchildren to celebrate the 4th of July there was remarkably memorable and this home was perfect for us. We had plenty of space. Perfectly located. Not too close to the downtown traffic during the festivities yet close enough to other family that still lives in the area. We enjoyed the St Marys Aquatic Center for our grandson's birthday one day that was amazing and just 1 block away. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

St Mary’s get-away

Convenient location, felt safe in the neighborhood. The home is no frills, but more than adequate for our needs. Comfortable beds. On-site washer and dryer is great. Property manager, “Banks” was awesome, addressed all questions straight away. Fenced in large backyard, the songbirds outside were lovely.

Home away from home!

This house brought so much comfort and joy to me, as well as my family. Everything was so nice and neat, the house smelled wonderful! The beds were very comfy and I loved how big and spacious it was, especially the room with double bunk beds, it worked out so perfectly for my 4 children! The communication with the property manager was more than clear, easy, and quick! Thank you so much for having us in this beautiful home! It really was more than I could of hoped for!

Location is good, the space was good and bed was comfortable. Lost a star for cleanliness. Might need to work on deep cleaning the place. Although we were warned that the guest prior to us left stains on floor there were still lots of things that have been overlooked for a long time. Lots of dust on fan, walls & ceiling. Dishwasher almost fell out of the wall when I loaded it as required. Fence was down in the front yard. All easy fixes to make it a 5star place.
