«They should inform the guests that the terminal 4 is closed, so they know to take a taxi to the hotel. I rambled for 2 hours searching for it. Took a train, bus, then walked on the highway pulling heavy luggage searching. I got help from a hotel nearby to find them on foot. Unacceptable that they are not informing the guests of this issue. »

«The hotel is nice, friendly staff with the exception of a server at the bar-area, but as many other places the beds are very hard for my taste, so I did not sleep all that well.»

«I was disappointed about the information provided at the reception. I enquired about transportation to the airport and was only given a card to book a taxi from a specific company, and it would cost £40 for two adults a two children. No mention was made that I could just cross the road and catch one of several buss lines to the airport. Breakfast was also expensive at £14 per person. »

«Stayed at the hotel while we waited for our travel home from Heathrow. Nice swimming pool and relaxed atmosphere. Food in the restaurant was good and had a separate kids menu which we aprreciated. The rooms are nice and clean. The receptionists were very helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay at Novotel Brentford.»

«Hvis du skal til Reading bør du bo i dette hotellet - like ved togstasjonen og helt sentralt i Reading. Pen ærverdig bygning og pent rom. Eneste som trekker ned er det var lite amenities. »

«Our stay was fantastic. The only drawback was that the staff seemed a bit whimsy and we had to ask repeatedly for the same thing before it actually happened anything. That is of course just mild annoyances, and nothing to worry about. The breakfast was perfect, and had good vegetarian options as well! The rooms were lovely, and it was a wonderful stay. We are definitely returning! »

«I seldom leave a review. This is the exception. The gym here is just awesome for a hotel. Not huge, but top of the line equipment. I will stay here every time I need to stay by Heathrow. Service was also great. Room nice and food good (try the jalapeno says with your steak). »
