«We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room.
