Mini Takes the States Road Rally Cleveland to Buffalo leg: Fort Pitt Bridge is a steel, double decker bowstring arch bridge. It spans the Monongahela River near the confluence of the the Allegheny Rive. This bridge has the distinction of being the world's first computer designed bowstring arch bridge... Impressed ? The bridge is also infamous for its difficult lane changes and I can personally attest to this... especially the lower level where you have to jump two lanes in about 300 feet. Horn...
