Having dinner atop a 10 story building afforded me this incredible #sunset over the Mississippi valley.
The USS Cairo at the Vicksburg Military Park.
The James Shirley house in Vicksburg Military Park survived. The Shirleys were Union sympathizers, so all the Union Army took was their house, their horses, their silverware and all their other belongings and liberated their servants.
