«As soon as we checked in there was a massive roach on the wall, but that was the only one we saw in 5 days. They let us stay there til 4pm on check out. Nice pool. a group of tourist restaurants nearby. Real Mexican places are a bit further away. Beach is a 10 minute walk. La Comer Supermercado across the street. Great place.»

«We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction. Tried reaching out to the owner, they finally got back to me and their only reply back was they could move me to another room but it didn’t matter because construction was going on all over the property ...

«Stayed in Jakob’s 1 bedroom grand master suite and grand studio ( lock off unit). It was perfect for our family of 5 although could house more easily. Jakob, while not an on-site host, was very helpful throughout the process. The stay went smoothly and the resort is beautiful.»

«We had a great 4 night stay at Casa Carlson. We have stayed at another property at this location and were familiar with it. Casa Carlson is a penthouse with a rooftop deck and splash pool, that was the only difference with the other property. Pablo greeted us like last time. He showed us the ropes. The property was clean and looks just like the pictures. The front door lock was the only tricky part and Pablo took care of it. We would definitely come back here.»
