Nice, clean room with quiet and effective air conditioner. Breakfast was good for a small hotel. We arrived around noon to leave the luggage until check-in time, but room was available and they offered early check-in free of charge. Would definitely stay here again.

Not very impressed with general service received.
Emails answered either no real care.
Staff at desk seemed not happy or interested to assist.
I wanted to extend my trip for two night but desk could not help as they did not quite understand - suggesting no rooms available (thinking I needed the same room?) I was quoted an upgrade to a room for approx 7500TWD but I could book with a third party online for 5500TWD, once again they did not want to assist. I chose to extend my trip with another property and checked out.
There was one person very helpful for another matter, she went beyond expectations. (TIFFANY). Thanks to her
