«Only stayed one night and the weather was bad, so I didn't really experience that much. Visited the art museum which was Ok and took a taxi to the city center. The gym was ok. Rooms just fine, bot the whole hotel seems to need some reservation for their next royal/presidental visit. Took no meals at hotel.»

«This was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. There was an excellent variety, and the menu changed daily, which kept it exciting. The staff’s attention to detail and level of service were outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located next to a modern mall that we visited often, as it has a supermarket with everything we needed. Two additional malls are just one block away—La Gran Vía in particular is beautiful and well worth a visit. I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Centric ...
