The property in itself can have a little of improvement. For instance, a small disclosure of their outdoor(salt water pools)pools being inoperative would have helped since that was one of the reasons why I had booked this property. At 9:00 pm all cushions, chairs, tables are put away around the pool area, so guests need to pack it up early if you are lounging around. They could extend this time, in my opinion. At the entrance of the property, right at the lobby area they could use a cold water station as an additional amenity, so guests can have access to water 24hrs a day, considering the heat/humidity in El Salvador.
The staff was very helpful, and professional. The beds & room very spacious & comfortable. The room had excellent blackout curtains, and great AC that my my stay very comfortable & peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. I just wished they had included a small cup of fruit to every dish.
I chose this location/property to avoid the noise from other areas nearby, & it did not disappoint. There were more positives than negatives with my stay, but the property can still do some improvements with the areas mentioned above.
