Disastrous start - but ended acceptable.
We had a disastrous start at this hotel. I expected Valet parking and told the man at the entrance that we were checking in. He asked us to drive around the corner and park ourselves. No Valet parking! The receptionist were not paying attention to that we booked a double room for 3 adults. The room was set up for 2. We did not know that you need to bring bathrobes from the room when using the swimming pool and we only had two. But I did get two towels at spa reception. No amenities to shower or change at the swimming area. My husband met the same man at the entrance in the elevator and asked for the direction to the spa/fitness center, but was met with a really bad attitude. Not expecting that kind of treatment at a 5 star hotel. Lacking the extra bed, towels and slippers for 3 we were quiet annoyed. I complained to Mia at the reception on our way out for the evening. When returning all the things were taken care of, which put us at ease. Really good beds!! And blackout curtains! The breakfast was average, but the people who worked there took well care of us. Checkout went well!

Veldig bra hotell
Hotellet var veldig bra . Fine rom og bad som var praktisk innredet. God frokost. Hyggelig personale og god service. Greit basseng, men boblebad var savnet. Nøkkelkortene måtte reaktiveres flere ganger under oppholdet, dette var en smule frustrerende.

Nydelige Zagreb
Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet. Kort vei til jernbane og gamlebyen. Svømmebassenget var ikke noe særlig. Frokosten meget god da.

Very good hotel, but not perfect.
All in all we had a great stay and the staff was great. The breakfast is not included and is quite expensive, but the food is very good. The room service is great and not too expensive. Our room was newly renovated but still had some flaws we would not expect at a 5 star hotel, the minibar was not working (it only made its contents hot, not cold), and the make up mirror in the bathroom was almost falling of the wall. The shower was in the bathtub and the bathroom itself quite small for being in a suite. The WiFi did not work very well in our room (at the end of the corridor), the connection was slow and tended to drop out. The hotel ordered us a taxi to go to the airport, this took a long detour on the way to the airport taking ~15 minutes extra and probably costing us a bit more. This is not directly the hotels fault and they have been notified so this hopefully can be avoided in the future.

Flott hotell i gangavstand til gamlebyen i Zagreb
Bodde på Sheraton 9 netter i juli 2016. Hotellet holder bra standard, og ligger i et rolig strøk. ca 10 minutter å gå til gamlebyen i Zagreb. Bra innendørsbasseng, med vanlig badstu og steam sauna.

Nice hotel with good location.
Beautiful hotel, though the rooms are a bit old (at least the one I stayed in). The main area of the hotel is very nice. Staff is service minded and friendly. Internet access works great (finally a hotel who has an open network! Makes it so much easier when you have brought several units iphone/ipad/laptop etc.). Staff in the hotel piano bar wes incredibly slow.

Hotellet er nedslitt og holder ikke fem stjerner. Men det er sentralt beliggende og helt i orden. Hadde aldri betalt full pris. Frokosten var veldig dyr, området tatt i betraktning.

Hotel is at most a 4 star hotel. Needs serious investments in refurbishing. The service was ok, however not what you an expect at a 5 star hotel. I also enjoyed a pumkin pie in the restaurant until I notised mold inside of it!! There are good alternative hotels if you are going to stay in Zagreb ....however at least the location of Sheraton is good.

Le personnel est tres bien, aussi bien au bar, que au petit dejeuner. Il sont tres serviables et souriants. Les chambres sont veillottes, et les douches sales (joints moisis, pommeau de douche branlant). Les chambres sont egalement assez bruyantes.

First, I have been at this property several times in the past. It is a beautiful hotel in downtown Zagreb, walking distance to many points of interest. Second, the hotel has been remodeled recently and it is very modern and has a great vibe. I especially like the bar area, with its exquisite pastries and other foods and drinks. The restaurant serves a great breakfast, as well. Third, this time we attended a funeral in Zagreb and the entire family came from all over the world. We took several rooms and even organized a nice farewell event at the Cafe Imperial. Everything was perfectly set up and the staff at the hotel is absolutely fantastic. I would like to name just a few of extraordinary individuals: Marko at the front desk, Simon at events, Dragica at the restaurant and Alen at the bar. They made our emotional stay much easier. Thank you!

Jag hade nyligen nöjet att bo på Sheraton Zagreb Hotel, och det var en fantastisk upplevelse. Från det ögonblick jag anlände märkte jag av den utmärkta servicen. Personalen var oerhört hjälpsam och vänlig, alltid redo att bistå med ett leende. Rummen var rymliga och bekvämt inredda, vilket gav en känsla av hemtrevnad under vistelsen. Maten på hotellet var också en höjdpunkt. Frukosten var riklig och hade ett brett urval av både lokala och internationella rätter, perfekt för att starta dagen på bästa sätt. Även middagsalternativen var imponerande, med välsmakande rätter som speglar det kroatiska köket. Dessutom är hotellets placering idealisk för den som vill utforska Zagreb. Det ligger i bekvämt gångavstånd till stadens centrum, vilket är perfekt om man är där för att uppleva Zagrebs berömda Advent. Det var enkelt att ta sig till alla huvudattraktioner och uppleva den festliga atmosfären i staden. Really nice property, really convenient to center. Fun , friendly bar. A good Italian restaurant in the building.. and Ofcourse a mall and many other food options handy within minutes. Oh, and an unpretentious sauna and spa .. and more than adequately equipped gym.👌
