Non smoking room smelt of cogarette and some huests were clearly smoking . Didnt sleep from 3 am to 8 am.

Our team strives to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations.If the guests booked a smoking room than they can smoke on the balcony. Also, we do have house rules that state that quiet time has to be from 22 until 8h, so we are sorry that you had a bad experience with some guests which definitely is not a reflection of our service and quality. We do appreciate your feedback and we hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with the exceptional service we are known for!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Parken kostenlos auf dem Parkplatz hinterm Haus.

Decepcionante
Atendida su calificación esperábamos una mejor experiencia, pero termino siendo absolutamente decepcionante. Entre otros problemas, se confundieron respecto a nuestra reserva y pago de la habitación, luego nos colocaron en una habitación de menor categoría a la reservada, la que, por lo demás, quedaba al lado de la recepción, por lo que escuchábamos todos los ruidos de la entrada. A continuación, la nueva habitación presentaba un estado de deterioro importante, con manchas de humedad en la pared, hongos en el baño y otros elementos rotos. Además, 2 de las 3 noches que no alojamos, el Wifi no funcionó y el hospedaje queda a más de 40 minutos andando, con una cuesta empinada incluida, del centro y la estación de tren, por lo que no es accesible si no se tiene un coche. Sin embargo, a pesar de los problemas, sí destacó la simpatía y colaboración del personal. En definitiva, no lo recomiendo si se viene por un par de días a Zagreb y se quiere conocer el centro caminando, y de volver buscaría otra opción.

The place has a common area kitchen. This facility is quite convenient since you can do a small cooking. It also provides a laundry service, an added bonus. However, you have to walk a steep up hill for about 1 km from the tram station. If you have luggages or youngsters, you may want take a cab.

Extremely quiet. Located a little away from the centre. No breakfast. Wished the attendant would have been available at 2:00 PM. We had to wait 20 minutes to get in our room. Not a big deal, a mild disappointment.

Excellent, good value option for Zagreb
Excellent, good value option for a stay in Zagreb. The room looked ecactly like advertised, comfy bed, good shower, free WiFi and smart TV. Staff are friendly and we even used the laundry service, which was reasonable. The only downside is the location. It's a little outside the old town in a residential area but no problem if you have a car.

Unterkunft liegt in Maksimir. Nicht weit von gleichnamigen Park. Zentrum ist mit der Bahn zu erreichen ( Linie 12) oder zu Fuß in etwa 25 min. Schöne Zimmer mit Balkon in ruhiger Lage. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr nettes Personal.

Buena opción para aparcar tu coche sin problema
Hemos alquilado seis habitaciones para un grupo y todo ha ido muy bien. LLegamos a las 1.30 de la mañana pero no hubo problema ya que nos enviaron instrucciones completas para efectuar el auto-checking. Las facturas y llaves de las habitaciones estaban organizadas de forma muy clara y sin ninguna dificultad. El aparcamiento es muy espacioso así que aparcamos los dos coches muy comodamente. Es una buena opción para dormir en Zagreb!!! Lo recomiendo!!

Limpo com funcionários atenciosos.
Chegamos antes do horário, mas fomos muito bem recebidos. Não havia func na recepção, mas uma pessoa da equipe de limpeza, nos recebeu e providenciou um quarto, foi feito um contato telefônico com o recepcionista que ainda não havia chegado. Lugar, limpo e muito funcional. Uma cozinha coletiva super equipada. Hotel só não é muito próx do centro, mas foi um detalhe. Voltaria a me hospedar.
