We waiting 2 hours for a dinner at the room. Staff come round 23 o´clock, when we already slept. But by the check out we have all food at the bill. On the reception cant cancled the dinner. :(

None of the mentioned is an excuse for such an inconvenience, however, we kindly ask your for understanding as it can happen even to the best ones. Striving for an excellent guest service will always be our key mission and your valuable feedback will certainly help us to keep up with that. Mr. Novak, we have immediately refunded your card for the amount charged (as it needs to be the same payment method that you used to pay the hotel bill) so if should be visible on your account within few business days, depending on your bank/ credit card company. If there be any issues, please inform us. Also, I personally remain at your disposal for any additional requests or future reservations at our hotel. I stayed in a room that was extremely cold. Despite setting the air conditioning to the maximum, the room never warmed up due to a cold draft coming in through the window. I reported the issue to the reception, but there was no improvement. They provided me with a small and noisy heater instead of changing my room or sending a technical team. The room was too cold, and I couldn't sleep comfortably at all.

In our room, part of the wall between the bathroom and the room was glass. At night, turning on the bathroom light would light up the whole room. No night lights in the bathroom or room. The bed with down bedding were wonderful.

Nice hotel but location is not great
This hotel is very nice with excellent service, but the location is not beneficial if you want to visit old town. It's definitely a taxi or Uber ride. Their is a small mall within a 30min walk and a lidl supermarket 5 minute walk. This hotel has a chocolate hour on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. I just missed on Friday and was told sorry no leftovers.

We stayed at this hotel last year, and we give it five stars… It was absolutely outstanding… However, this year we stayed there twice and the second time it wasn’t the greatest We arrive to the hotel 15 minutes before 3 PM and they actually made us wait till 3 PM to give us the key to the room… my wife and the two year-old were sitting in the car in front of the hotel waiting for 15 minutes which I think is pretty unreasonable… the girl that (Josipa I believe) was checking us in was trying to call I believe housekeeping to see if the room is ready, but they refused to tell her so she had no choice but to make us wait… She really tried everything to get us in as soon as possible When we made the booking for this room requested some extra towels… When we got to the room they were definitely extra towels, but they were real tiny towels… We went downstairs and asked for a couple of big normal size towels, and they only gave us one saying that they ran out of big towels Which I also think is ridiculous… Hopefully next year they earn their five stars back…

The staff are really friendly and full of tips, the room was comfortable and nice! to get to the center you have to drive about 12 min but other than that it was really convenient and comfortable.
